Represent HSBC in interbank or regulatory organizations, and in professional fairs or any other organizations linked with Digital activity.Contributes to HSBC group’s sustainability agenda.Manage customers’ expectations through presentations, meetings and RFP. ![]() Support HSBC initiatives (global or local) having impact on Internet Banking and lead their execution.Manage product commercialisation activities (documentation, training, communication, …) for global/regional and local initiatives including creation of material and content to support front line: Relationship manager, sales and implementation teams.You will be also responsible of product legal and regulatory compliance Responsibility for product governance including product reviews, financial performance and managing closure of functional and non-functional risks/issues impacting the product performance or operational efficiency.Manage pricing and billing for digital product in relation with Revenue Management team.Manage digital products (Desktop and Mobile app) roadmap implementation in relation with technology teams and business partners: Cash Management, GTRF and Market and Securities Services (MSS). ![]()
